  • General By-law Survey

    From time to time, the City updates its by-laws to reflect the community’s changing needs. 

    With the City’s new By-law Compliance department being established in 2022/2023, we are now able to dedicate more comprehensive oversight of all bylaws. We routinely assess bylaw effectiveness and consider whether to recommend rescinding, updating or dedicating more education efforts towards City by-laws.

The by-laws listed in this survey have been selected for a variety of reasons, such as community interest, relevance, or recent trends in nearby municipalities. Your feedback will help guide how we shape by-laws to better reflect our community.
