Sherwood Forest Park Amenities – Public Information Night

Join City staff Thursday, July 3, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Sherwood Forest Park, 5270 Fairview St., to hear the latest updates on the proposed amenities for Sherwood Forest Park.

This is an informal, outdoor, ‘public living room’ style event where residents can hear more about the plans for the new park, see renderings of the proposed amenities, and ask questions. Some light snacks will also be available.

The Sherwood Forest Park amenities project is part of the City’s broader Live and Play Plan, which will guide recreational and city-operated cultural facility decisions over the next 20 to 30 years, and ensure Burlington continues to provide a range of recreational and cultural choices for residents. The plan also works to ensure that the city grows as an environmentally sustainable, vibrant and economically strong community, with ties to the Climate Action Plan and the Vision to Focus 2022-2026.
