New City website is here!

Great news! The City has launched a redesigned burlington.ca website. Find information easier. Access online services better. We want to give you faster and better options to connect with the City. This new website, and coming customer counter changes at City Hall, will help you get what you need.

The new website has an inclusive design. You can access burlington.ca from a laptop, tablet or phone. The website will automatically change to fit the device you’re reading it on. There is now voice search capability. This means residents can enter a search term by voice rather than type it. We replaced inaccessible documents and focused on accessible alternatives. Burlingtontransit.ca and our calendar are now at burlington.ca.

The original website launched in 2015. It was important burlington.ca stay current with technology changes. The redesigned site will offer the type of online services residents expect.

Some key enhancements you’ll see:

• More powerful search tools
• Easier self-serve online applications
• 16 new Service area sections to better organize and find information
• An updated Council and Committees calendar and a Calendar of Events (community calendar). Find the events and meetings you want.

You can subscribe to newsfeeds, calendars and webpages. This will give you the latest updates on the topics and services you want to know about. Visit burlington.ca/subscribe to view our upgraded subscription options. You can also see existing subscriptions you may have at burlington.ca/subscribe.
