Relationship Manager Feedback Survey

We are conducting a survey to gather your valuable feedback on the City's Relationship Manager role. The goal is to clarify and enhance this role to ensure the best customer experience for you, our program providers, and our internal staff and stakeholders. 


Your insights will help us find the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges within the current role, measure satisfaction levels, and pinpoint any issues you may have had. This survey will also help us raise awareness and understanding of the Relationship Manager’s responsibilities and align their workload with the needs and expectations of our community. Your participation is essential in shaping a more effective and supportive partnership moving forward.

The following questions are aimed to gather feedback with the goal to strengthen our collaboration and mutual trust.

Trust is a cornerstone in any relationship, and many problems can be traced back to a breakdown in trust. In "The Thin Book of Trust," Charles Feltman identifies four key distinctions of trust: Care, Sincerity, Reliability, and Competence. These elements are crucial in building successful relationships and partnerships.
