This survey is designed to gather feedback from residents, visitors, and downtown users to help shape future parking solutions that are modern, convenient, intuitive, and responsive to the needs of our community. Your input will help improve the overall parking and customer experience in downtown Burlington.
Personal information being collected in this survey is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and disclosure of responses will be governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56. Personal information will be used to inform Transportation staff of the diverse backgrounds of survey participants and ensure inclusive representation. Your personal information is confidential and survey responses will only be reported in a de-identified, aggregate manner. They may be included in a corporate dashboard or Council report to highlight the range of perspectives gathered.
