Review the Revisions to the New Residential Zoning Bylaws

We presented staff report DGM-05-26 with the recommended bylaws to the Committee of the Whole (COW) on Feb. 10, 2025.
On Feb. 17, we will present Council with more information and revised recommended Residential Zoning Bylaws for their approval.
These revisions are about:
- Hazardous lands and setbacks from Open Space Zones
- Setback to pipelines
- Holding provisions near rail
- Other minor edits of clarification
