Revised Recommended Residential Zoning Bylaws

Deferred from the Feb. 17 Regular Council meeting
On March 2, at a Special Meeting of Council, Council will receive:
- Two supplemental staff memos for staff report DGM-05-26 and updated revisions to the recommended Residential Zoning By-laws for Burlington City Council approval.These revisions are in response to feedback received since the final draft bylaws were presented to the Committee of the Whole on Feb. 10, 2026 and are about:
- clarity,
- implementing the by-laws and
- fixing organizational information.
