Consolidation of By-laws 09-2026 and 10-2026

The Director of Community Planning has approved combining By-laws 09-2026 and 10-2026 into one by-law under delegated authority. This change streamlines the planning process and makes the system easier for users to navigate. The by-law can continue to be referred to as the Burlington Residential Zoning By-law (By-law 09-2026).
