Coffee with your Neighbour Opportunity

What is it?

• Informal, drop‑in coffee gatherings hosted on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly or bi‑weekly, monthly), facilitated by Neighbourhood Connectors & local residents, and support by city staff.

What would your role be?

• Invite local residents
• Welcome and lead conversations between neighbours
• Oversee setup and coordination of event
• Record or document conversations to build upon in future meet up

What is the are we trying to accomplish?

• Community-building initiative
• Encourages residents to connect with those living nearby
• Strengthening social connections, help reduce isolation, and build a sense of belonging within local neighbourhoods
