Heritage Conservation District Plan at Committee of the Whole

At the Committee of the Whole meeting on Tuesday, December 2, a Statutory Public Meeting for the Draft Plan and Guidelines will take place. The HCD Plan will help guide and manage change within the proposed Heritage Conservation District.

More details will be available in the staff report entitled Statutory Public Meeting for the Burlington Ave. and Ontario St. Heritage Conservation District Plan and Guidelines (DGM-68-25). The report will be published on the meeting agenda at events.burlington.ca/meetings the week before the meeting along with information on how to participate remotely or in person.

If you wish to speak to Council, please register online to delegate at burlington.ca/delegate. In addition, you can submit written comments to Council by emailing clerks@burlington.ca. Please include “Report DGM-68-25" in the subject line. The deadline for submitting written materials is 12 p.m. (noon) on Friday, November 28.
