The City of Burlington is seeking to better understand how local public service providers and community organizations communicate with residents during emergencies. Emergencies can include, but are not limited to, health emergencies, significant weather events, safety threats, or other urgent situations.

Your input will help us understand how the community, especially vulnerable populations, receives emergency information, the challenges they face, and ways we can improve communication to ensure it is timely, accessible, and effective for everyone.
