Burlington Culture Plan

Let’s collaborate and cross-pollinate on Burlington’s Arts and Culture scene!  This is your chance to join the conversation between organizations and artists working in different disciplines.  

We’re hosting three sessions.  Please choose the session that works best for you.  Let us know if you have flexibility to attend different sessions so that we may accommodate as many people as possible.

This registration form collects personal information under the authority of subsection 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 and disclosure of responses will be governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56.  Information collected will be used for registration purposes for the upcoming Culture Jam workshops.
