The Culture Plan team will be presenting a “What We Heard” report. This is your chance to provide feedback on the vision and draft recommendations of the Culture Plan.

Your input will help to shape future arts and culture programs, services and supports

This registration form collects personal information under the authority of subsection 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 and disclosure of responses will be governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56. Information collected will be used for registration purposes for the upcoming Culture Plan Community Meeting.
