Permanent City-wide seasonal patio update
On December 5th, staff are bringing a report to the Community Planning, Regulation and Mobility Committee to present recommendations for the launch of a new permanent city-wide seasonal outdoor patio program in 2024. This report will include a proposed amendment Zoning By-law 2020, as well as two sets of design guidelines for patios on public and private lands respectively.
The report will be available for public review on Nov. 24, 2023. The reports will be available at www.burlington.ca/calendar by searching for the Dec. 5 meeting date of the Community Planning, Regulation and Mobility Committee. If you require a hard copy of the report, please email the Clerks Department at clerks@burlington.ca to arrange pick-up.
