The park block at 1411 Almonte Dr. (Brant Street and Upper Middle Road area) emerged from development applications associated with redevelopment of the site. The subject lands were previously owned by the Catholic Church of Canada before being purchased by National Homes and redeveloped into a residential community including the central park block. The future city park has an area of 0.764 acres (0.309 hectares).

We are looking for the neighbourhood's feedback on how you use the park and what you would like to see in the park.

  • We're excited to begin planning a new neighbourhood park and we want to hear from you! This park will be a place for residents to gather, play, relax, and connect, and your input is essential to creating a space that reflects the needs and interests of our community. 


    Through this survey, we're seeking your feedback on park features, amenities, activities, and even ideas for the park's name, your insights will help shape a welcoming and vibrant space for everyone to enjoy.



    Personal information being collected in this survey is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and in accordance with the provisions of MFIPPA. Personal information will be used to contact those who are interested in being part of a naming committee for the park. Your responses are confidential and will be reported on in aggregate only. It may be included in a corporate dashboard or used in a report to Council to highlight the range of perspectives represented in survey responses.
