The park block at 1150 Cooke Blvd. (Waterdown Road and QEW area) emerged from development applications associated with development of the site. The site was previously owned by Adi Developments and is in the process of being developed into a mixed use, master planned community including the park block on the western edge. The future city park has an area of 0.70 acres (0.28 hectares).

We are looking for the neighbourhood's feedback on how you use the park and what you would like to see in the park.
