(NOTE: This session will not be addressing basement or internal ARUs within an existing residential structure. It is not geared to homeowners or consultants – subsequent information sessions will be held for this audience)
Why: In support of the City of Burlington’s approved Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) Action Plan, Milestone #5.2 “Develop standard units to streamline development and building permit approvals”
What: Short presentations on Additional Residential Unit (ARU) permit streamlining process and opportunities followed by Q&A.
