Housing Accelerator Fund Community Improvement Plan update report now available.

On May 12, 2025, City staff will present report DGM-33-25: Housing Accelerator Fund Community Improvement Plan Implementation Update. In this report, staff is recommending how Housing Accelerator Funds should be spent on the approved Affordable Rental Housing CIP programs. Staff will look at other ways to support these programs in future budget conversations.
