Amendment to Burlington Housing Community Improvement Plan – Recommendation Report, now available
The new Staff Report, which includes recommendations following the Draft Community Improvement Plan Amendment presented on April 14, 2026, is now available for your review.
The Amendment to Burlington Housing Community Improvement Plan – Recommendation Report DGM-35-26 and appendices is available in the May 11, 2026 Committee of the Whole Meeting Agenda Meeting Package.
We have used your feedback to consider opportunities to refine the amendment. The staff report responds to comments received from the community, interested parties, and Council and presents a recommendation.

Speakers are limited to a maximum of 10 minutes each and are webcasted online. If you have presentation materials, they must be submitted to Legislative Services no later than noon, Friday, May 8 to allow for their distribution and review by all members of the Committee. Please note the content of all submissions is considered public and will be posted on the City’s website.
