Halton Youth Impact Survey - Open until June 14, 2021

Here’s a chance to make an IMPACT!

The Halton Youth Impact Survey has questions designed for children ages 9 to 18 years old, so we can learn about what life is like for them right now. The survey will help provide better services and help plan future programs. The survey is entirely voluntary, anonymous and will only take about 25 minutes to finish.
