Heritage Grant Program – Loan Component Survey

As part of the 2025 Community Grants Audit, the City Auditor has recommended the removal of the loan component from the Heritage Grant Program (former Community Heritage Fund) due to low uptake in the program and in considering the scope of other municipal heritage-related financial incentive programs.
