Join us for a community engagement BBQ!

The City of Burlington will be hosting Food for Feedback, a community engagement BBQ. Join us on Saturday September 13, 2025 from noon - 4 p.m. at Central Park Bandshell, 2299 New St Burlington. Vegetarian and Halal options are available.

Note: in case of inclement weather, the event will be held indoors at the Burlington Seniors Centre.

Attendees will receive a free lunch from a food truck, while supplies last, in exchange for providing feedback to the City on projects and initiatives. This is an opportunity to connect with city staff and members of Council, become engaged in your community

    Thank you for your question.  The City of Burlington is hosting the 2nd annual Food for Feedback event. This event is a great opportunity for residents to come out and share their thoughts on City projects with City staff. Once attendees have engaged and shared their feedback with staff they will receive a free lunch from participating food trucks in exchange for feedback. The input residents provide at Food for Feedback will help the City to continue to improve City services and initiatives.

    For this event, we will have a variety of food such as; burgers, chicken, sausage, tacos, and ice cream. We will have options that are vegan, halal, gluten free and vegetarian. We try our best to accommodate a variety of options for everyone to enjoy
