Housing Partnerships and Places of Worship Information Session - Turn Underutilized Space into Community Impact

Many faith-based organizations have valuable land that could hold potential to become thriving, affordable or transitional housing communities.  Join us for a conversation on how to bridge the gap between faith-based assets and local housing solutions, and generate revenue through strategic partnerships. 

About the event 

Join the City of Burlington for an information session exploring how places of worship can help create new housing opportunities in our community while achieving long-term financial sustainability. This session will provide an overview of housing partnership opportunities, available City resources, and examples of collaborative approaches to developing housing on faith-owned lands. Discover how these partnerships can provide financial sustainability for your organization, helping to generate new revenue streams while supporting your core mission and community outreach.  Whether your organization is actively exploring housing opportunities or considering them for the future, we welcome you to attend.

  • Location: Tansley Woods Community Centre, Community Rooms 1 & 2
