The City of Burlington is committed to improving the overall Community Panel experience for all our participants. We invite you to take this 3-5-minute survey to provide feedback on the Culture Plan in-person focus group held on June 25, 2025.

This survey doesn't intend to collect personal information and disclosure of responses will be governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56. The purpose of the survey is to collect feedback to implement future improvements to the Community Panel experience. For questions about this survey please contact volunteer@burlington.ca
