The Seniors' Advisory Committee an advisory committee to Burlington City Council established to raise awareness of seniors' needs, to provide Burlington seniors with a voice about current issues and emerging concerns and to promote and improve the quality of life for seniors living in Burlington.

This survey doesn't intend to collect personal information and disclosure of responses will be governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.
